Erica Vanessa Aguirre is the founder of EVA TERRA, a contemporary ceramics studio. She is an artist in every aspect, working in sculpture, painting, drawing and mixed media. Erica has a broad artistic practice that includes working in arts education for over five years, specializing in the development of inclusive arts curriculums. She reignited her passion for ceramics in 2019.

EVA TERRA offers Erica’s vision in clay. Her pieces are unique and allow you to travel through a rustic nostalgia of ancestors passed alongside her. Erica’s inspiration lies in the bridging of her personal experiences in Europe and Asia while holding her Mexican culture at the forefront. As she continues to move forward in her ceramics career, she is continuously traversing new and traditional ways to develop her craft and ancestral memory.
